How do I join

Do I have to sign a contract?
No. You only need to accept the terms and conditions when you fill out the activation form. You can read the terms and conditions ere.
What about my rate parity agreements with other booking websites?
Before being able to search and book hotels, all guests need to login with a personal Bidroom account. Your rates will not be publicly advertised and you can therefore offer discounts without breaking the restrictive parity agreements of regular online travel agents.
Can I edit my hotel’s information and/or add pictures?
Yes. You can edit your hotel’s information at any time from the hotel administration panel.
How do I decide the discount percentages?
This is entirely up to you to decide! The only requirements are that you give a minimum discount of 5% and that you select two OTAs.
How do I receive bookings?
When a guest makes a reservation request you will receive an e-mail. You must accept or decline the reservation within 48 hours. Once you have accepted the booking, you will receive a second e-mail with the full reservation details.
What if I'm fully booked, cannot or do not want to accept a booking?
If the offer you made is not available anymore you can always decline the booking request and we will notify the guest.
